A Job Site By Nonprofits, For Nonprofits
The Nonprofit Jobs Cooperative is a collaboration of nonprofit Management Service Organizations (MSOs) from across the United States who have combined their efforts to create a nonprofit jobs site by nonprofits, for Nonprofits. The goal of the Cooperative is to use a regional focus and local presence to provide service on a national scale.

The Best of Both Worlds
The regional focus that each partner offers is the best way to find qualified staff dedicated to the nonprofit sector. The site's national scope, on the other hand, expands each partner's audience, giving all of us a greater presence than we would have had on our own. By cooperating to combine all of our experience and expertise, we are truly able to achieve the best of both worlds.

Our Philosophy
Local MSOs understand the needs of their regions best. Rather than forcing every region into the same mold, each local partner decides how to best serve their local nonprofits. Pricing structures, types of ads, even payment options are determined at a local level. In California, the price of your ad includes a listing in Nonprofit Directions print newsletter. In New England, your job will be included in a job listing email. Regional partners can each make these decisions based on feedback from the local nonprofits they serve.

Because we believe that the revenue from ads should stay local to help fund that region's programs and services, 100% of the revenue from ads goes directly to the local partner.

By working together, we are able to provide the premiere job listing website for the nonprofits and individuals we serve.
