Our services include:

Training & Events Expert instructors offer seminars focusing specifically on issues affecting nonprofit organizations, including board management, fundraising, leadership, marketing, proposal writing, and technology training.

Consulting & Coaching The Center provides in-depth consulting and coaching to address a wide variety of management issues. Core areas include board development, strategic planning, organizational assessment, organizational development, and financial management.

Nonprofit Resource Library. Free and open to the public! Open MWF, 12noon to 5pm and TThu, 10am to 3pm. The library collection includes fundraising databases, information on nonprofit management, philanthropy, sector information, and career planning. Compensation & Benefits Survey An annual survey of local salary & benefits for nonprofit employers located in both Northern California and Southern & Central California. Thousands of Executive Directors, Board Members and Human Resource professionals have used the survey to: set equitable pay rates, determine program budgets, and comply with IRS regulations.
